Need

We empower youth through attitude, skills and knowledge through situation handling, morals, basic employability skills, Communication and IT skills, exploring knowledge sessions and corporate knowledge with 21^st century work culture.

To enhance their skills, we provide skill training, entrance career courses, webinars, placement support, counseling, attitude building, and leadership programs to empower youth in rural and tribal communities and to find an opportunity to work with corporate in identifying growth potential, skill gaps and employment.

Action

Students are identified from underprivileged communities and given career counseling, the skills they love for careers, situation handling, continuous assessments, mentoring, attitude, community engagement and behavior on work culture and workplace. Youth are also given current corporate requirement and market potentials on sectors to enhance their employability.

• We provide training on Communication, Computers, Typewriting, DTP, Accounting, Tally, BPO, Govt. Jobs training, Retail, Hospitality, Life-sciences, Banking and other Vocational Courses.
• Customized 50 hours of soft skill training modules to Govt. & Govt. aided colleges for rural and tribal students.
• Plans to set up incubation for native talents in tie up with corporates.
